the speakers themselves are very high quality, full range, as well as quality built. on issue was aamzon was WRONG about them fitting my 07 honda civic. being rather mechanicly inclined i trimmed my door for the speakers to fit, but average buyer beware, amazon may tell you they fit your vehicle when they actually may not. all in all, love the speakers, but amazon was wrong about them fitting.

I wanted to buy a matching set with the 1652s and the 1692s. The back speakers fit fine and sound absolutely amazing. But Amazon said that the front ones would but they were too big in every way. So I'm assuming the front ones would sound as good as the back ones, minus the bass because of the smaller cone. Good speakers, worth the price. But make sure you measure your speaker hole before putting these in. Make sure you run an amp through them. I have the RF punch PBR 300x4 and the 1692s sound great. Edit: Just got the car back from the shop. The 1692s sound amazing. The Amp is really nice also. Rockford is definitely worth the money.

amazing sounding speaker for a coaxial. deff recommend to anyone who likes loud n good sound all at once. doesnt take up much room since its a coaxial which is another benifet
