This is a great subwoofer. High quality design and sounds great. It's being powered by 200 watts rms @ 2ohms. (bridged the voice coils) I have built a custom box to tuck into the side of the cargo area behind the wheel well of my 4runner. Only using one and it hits harder that two MTX subs I had in a differnt vehicle using same amp at same ohms. Buy this one.

I got two of them and built a custom box (via kicker's recommended size). I have a 1000 watt amp hooked up to them and the box takes up the whole back seat of an extended cab toyota tacoma. They were pushing 142 decibels on the dash at max volume and base which is basically unheard of for two 10s. If you want to get the most out of them then it is best to build a custom box and to angle the speakers so that they converge on a single point on the dash-thats how I got my 142 db. By far the best 10s you can buy-especially for the price. (If you feel like spending more $ then the 10'' squares that kicker makes are absolutely amazing as well.)
